Improving knowledge and quality of staff and leading different roles.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Referring to Gashiga the different trainings of the 2 years of 2016\/17 of the leadership of the Prosperity Party which can be inherited from the leadership of the person being a person with good quality and values, with deep vision, and the knowledge of the existing politics, high ethics, and work ethics. Working closely with people as different communities (Medemer Generation) are being served. One with confidence that helps him treat the people well and accountable for the responsibilities of leadership, a selfless person, and works with all sectors of the society as the party of Prosperity works on the issues of helping the poor and the poor.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

So the faculty of management and civil service that stands for the development of the different leaders of the region has prepared a study system with many short training and some of the parts are listed below which help the leadership to maintain the work in a balanced way.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

8. Parliamentary Practice and Procedures<\/div>\n
9. Communication and report writing<\/div>\n
10. Conflict management<\/div>\n
11. Creative problem solving and strategic decision making training<\/div>\n
12. Customer satisfuction and service delivery training<\/div>\n
13. Planning Monitoring, Evaluation and knowledge Management<\/div>\n
14. Public private partnership training<\/div>\n
15. Public policy formulation and implementation<\/div>\n
16. Research<\/div>\n
17. Risk management<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
Therefore, it is important that the leaders and the employees of the government take these trainings which make them a quality leadership and a good work ability.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
NB: We call on all regional offices to give special priority to the trainings of this kind and transfer them to the public secretary trainings so that they can train the workers and leaders.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
